# Manage your subscription

> Review plan capacity and billing interval, inspect a change preview, or cancel through Manage billing.

View, change, or cancel your plan in [Settings → Billing](https://app.autoady.io/settings?tab=billing). Only the workspace owner can make billing changes. Your current plan and checkout show the price, limits, and renewal amount.

## Choose a plan

**Solo**, **Growth**, and **Agency** include different amounts of credits and limits for clients, ad accounts, teammates, and website events. If you have a legacy plan, use the terms displayed for that subscription.

1. Open [Settings → Billing](https://app.autoady.io/settings?tab=billing) as the owner.
2. Check your current plan, status, usage, credit balance, billing interval, and renewal details.
3. Review the available plans and limits before selecting one. Check both feature availability and workspace capacity.
4. Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly** where offered, then review the exact terms before checkout or confirmation.

Yearly plans are charged for the year rather than month by month. The current yearly price equals ten monthly prices, and the yearly credit grant is twelve monthly allowances delivered up front after payment. Read the displayed total so an effective monthly comparison is not mistaken for a monthly charge.

## Change a plan

1. In **Settings → Billing → Change plan**, select the target plan and billing interval.
2. Choose **Review change**. Check the charge, credit adjustment, and effective date in the preview.
3. Choose the action shown for that change: **Confirm upgrade and pay**, **Schedule downgrade**, or **Confirm trial plan**.
4. Complete any required payment, then return to **Current Plan**. Confirm the plan, interval, and status, or the scheduled change and effective date.

A trial-plan change preserves the original trial end and allowance. If the change remains pending, use the matching recovery below.

## Cancel and verify

Use **Manage Billing** to open the owner-only billing portal. Cancel before the renewal date you want to avoid, then verify the displayed end date and resulting status. Keep the confirmation reference if you need help.

Cancellation does not automatically delete the workspace or promise permanent access to paid work. A recorded credit balance still needs an eligible active subscription or trial to start paid features. Ad-provider spending continues under the provider's own campaign settings.

If your role cannot change billing, ask the workspace owner. For common questions, see the [Billing FAQ](/billing/faq). For a persistent payment or subscription mismatch, [contact support](/help/contact).

## Recover a pending change

| Billing state | Exact control and result |
| - | - |
| Upgrade has a pending Stripe invoice | In **Change plan**, choose **Open pending payment** and finish that existing payment. The current plan remains active until confirmation. |
| Upgrade can be recovered without an invoice link | Choose **Resume upgrade**. It reuses the original Stripe request rather than starting another charge. |
| Upgrade recovery expired | Use [billing support](/help/contact) with the pending change; the automatic recovery control is disabled. |
| Downgrade scheduled for a future date | Check its plan/date in **Change plan**. Choose **Cancel scheduled downgrade** if you want to keep the current plan. |
| “A checkout is already open” | Choose **Resume \[plan] checkout** for that existing purchase. **Continue with \[requested plan]** closes the previous choice and continues with the requested one. |
| Pending state could not load | Refresh Billing before reviewing another change. |

After payment or recovery, return to **Current Plan** and verify the plan, interval, status, and renewal details. If Billing still shows the previous plan or a pending change, use its recovery control above.
