See how many credits are available, reserved for running work, or recently charged. Credits pay for supported work on subscription-plus-credit plans.

Read your wallet

Open Settings → Billing, find AI Credits, and click its balance. On subscription-plus-credit plans, Credits wallet shows Available, Reserved, Included available, Purchased available, and up to five entries under Recent activity when present. You can also click the credit balance in Studio’s header. Legacy image-credit plans open AI Image Credits, with their own plan allocation and purchased balance rather than the reservation breakdown below. Available credits can fund new work. Reserved credits are held for work whose outcome is still being determined. On monthly plans, included-credit rollover is capped at twice the monthly allowance. On yearly plans, twelve monthly allowances are granted up front and the included-credit cap is fourteen times the monthly allowance. Renewal removes the oldest unused included credits above the applicable cap. Legacy subscriptions can have a different credit model and denomination. Read your workspace’s display rather than assuming its balance follows these new-plan prices.

Check a job

  1. Review the displayed requirement and available balance before starting.
  2. Start the intended work once and keep its job or request reference.
  3. Return to the result card in Studio → Create or the original Agent conversation, then compare its outcome with Credits wallet → Recent activity. Completed work is charged; confirmed failed work releases unused reservations according to that outcome.
  4. If the provider outcome is unknown, keep the original result card or run reference and follow Studio recovery. A failed-card Retry prepares another submission; Retry saving to Studio saves an existing output.
A reserved amount during reconciliation is not proof of a settled charge. There is no manual release button; for a persistent reservation, contact support with the account, start time, displayed error, and available task/run reference. If the sidebar balance could not update, use Credits and AI → Retry balance.

Refunds and cancellation

A refund can reverse corresponding credits. If those credits are already spent or reserved, a credit adjustment can reduce what is available for new work; future credits can first settle that adjustment. Purchased credits having no fixed expiry does not mean they are usable without an eligible active subscription or trial. Cancellation keeps wallet records but paid work can be blocked. For more capacity, see Credit top-ups. For a persistent mismatch, contact support with the job and receipt references.
