Open Settings → Client workspaces to keep each client’s accounts and websites together. Creation requires the workspace owner, an eligible subscription-plus-credit plan or trial, and available client capacity. Selecting a client does not change a teammate’s account or website access.

Create a client workspace

  1. Open Settings → Client workspaces.
  2. Choose New client and enter a clear client name.
  3. Under Eligible accounts, select the connected Meta or Google Ads accounts that belong to the client. Check provider account IDs rather than relying only on familiar names.
  4. Under Eligible websites, select the corresponding sites.
  5. Choose Save client. After Client created, the new row shows the client name and counts of mapped accounts and websites.
An account already mapped to another client can be unavailable for selection and show that client’s name. Choose Edit on that client to change which accounts and websites belong to it. Connect an account or add a website first if the eligible list is empty.

Set usage ceilings

In the client row, enter a whole-number Monthly credit ceiling or Client event ceiling. Leave a field blank to use the shared wallet or owner event limit. A ceiling limits the client’s use; it does not add credits or events to the owner’s allowance. Choose Save ceiling or Save event ceiling for the field you changed. The app confirms Client credit ceiling saved or Client event ceiling saved; the row shows the updated limit and usage.

Edit or archive a client

Choose Edit on the client row, change its name or mappings, then Save client. To stop using a client, choose Archive. Its current mappings become available to reassign; the default client cannot be archived.

Give teammates access

Use Team to give a teammate access to ad accounts, and the website’s access panel for websites. Putting an account or website in a client workspace does not give anyone new access.

If an account is missing or creation is blocked

For a missing account or website, check that it is connected and is not already assigned to another client. If New client is disabled, check the “client workspaces in use” capacity above the list. The default client counts toward that capacity: choose Edit on an existing or default client to map its accounts and websites, or review your subscription’s capacity. Legacy or inactive plans can lack client-workspace access. For a failed save, keep the displayed error and correct the affected name, mapping, or ceiling before trying again. Next: Create a client report or schedule recurring client work.
