Use Studio → Briefs when you want to save the goal and direction before creating an asset. The default brief flow works with a saved draft; advanced Reviewed briefs adds evidence and approval requirements.

Make a first brief

  1. Select the intended account and open Studio → Briefs.
  2. Fill What should this ad achieve? with a concrete goal, such as “Introduce our ceramic travel mug to commuters.” Add Creative direction for the hook, visual idea, message, or exclusions.
  3. Leave the brand context selected, or expand Add a campaign or ad reference and select a reference you can access. Wait for that reference to load.
  4. Choose Output: Image brief or Video brief. For images, choose Shape: Square, Portrait, Story, or Landscape.
  5. Choose Save brief to keep the draft, or Review brief to see the current goal, direction, and reference together.
  6. For an image, choose Generate image in the review. For video, choose Work on script in Agent; this opens script work rather than rendering a finished video.
Review the resulting image before using Download or the available campaign action. A saved brief or generated image does not launch an ad. See Studio for review and launch steps.

Reopen or correct a saved draft

Choose Saved briefs, then select its goal in the list. Check Saved or Unsaved changes beside the save action. New brief opens a blank draft; Delete removes the selected saved draft from the list. Editing clears the review of the earlier text. Save and choose Review brief again before generating from the new direction. If Agent could not open, the brief remains saved: retry Work on script in Agent after Agent is available. If image generation shows Creating your image…, keep that result card open until it finishes. A failed card shows the provider’s message. Check credits and reservations before submitting another generation; a response interrupted in transit can still have an unresolved charge.

Use advanced Reviewed briefs

Open the ••• menu and choose Reviewed briefs. This separate workflow requires eligible evidence observations, approved offers, and approved claims for the selected account. If the required records are absent, contact support about the displayed requirement. Enter What do you want to communicate?, Creative direction, and an optional Video script. Under Evidence and approvals, separate Source facts from Your interpretation and check Source and version details. Select the actual evidence and approved records offered by the form, then choose Save brief or Save changes. For example, increased frequency is an observed fact; a fatigue explanation is an interpretation to test. Keep that distinction in the saved brief. Read Review requirements under Review and approve, then choose Approve brief for that saved version. Under Generate creative, choose Image or Video, then Generate. Inspect the generated assets and review package; a video workflow may produce storyboard or fallback artifacts rather than finished video. Use Resume generation for the original saved version and media type when an interrupted run is offered. Check existing artifacts before starting a new run. Edits require a new saved version and review; an earlier approval does not cover the changed brief. Next: choose Studio modes, upload reviewed assets, or integrate the advanced workflow.
